Easy as 1, 2, 3!
I needed a patio table that was cute, small and cheap and could withstand the elements. Went to the dollar store and purchased two white wire baskets and a pizza tray and voila! I turned one basket upside down, hot glued the other basket and then the pizza tray as the table top. Plant was purchased at ross a year or so ago.
