The best idea I've seen for table/bench. Could it fold down into a bed for a porch or overnight guests?

I was amazed when my brother-in-law showed me plans for this thirty years ago. He had seven children and loved bench seating. Travel trailers and tiny houses have tabletops that convert to beds. I'll bet there plans for all sorts of variations. Best wishes 😇

1- Are they measured corner to corner on a diagonal or straight side?
2- is the cross member cut straight on the side of back rest?
3- Are the front legs straight or angled?
4- How far down is the anchor from the bolt?
There are discrepancies between the pictures and video and I'm an inexperienced builder.
    Thanks for your help.
