They always look so nice from a distance or in magazine stories......Any one have these inside or out? Just wondering how they hold up in weather, do they etch or fade outside and inside , show the dust like my dark furniture.... thanks.

Do you mean tinted windows? I do not know what you mean by black windows.

The apartments where I live all have black metal window frames and though at first I thought it would be nice, they suck. Can't get them clean and they do get 'changed' by the weather and sun and by trying to clean them on the inside. Give me the old fashioned wood, double hung sash windows they are easier to fix and maintain and if you don't like the color, you can paint them or whatever. The new and 'improved' things in this world don't hold a candle to the good solid originals.
