Help with Exterior Home Sofit, Facia and Window Frames

My Home is a 1960's Ranch style home. I've recently added black accents to the exterior of my home. The siding is robin's egg blue. I've painted the chimney, corner planter and concrete stepping stones/sidewalk all black. I can't believe what a difference it made being black. Would "you" paint the soffit, fascia and door & window frames black? Honestly, How would that look? We're doing our roof then the soffit and fascia this Spring. Thank you so much for any suggestions!

I love the blue! I'd lovely!! The only thing I might change is the window frames from white to more of a cream/ivory so that it flows with the black. Looks great!!!

I think the dark black (or a dark gray color) compliments the pretty blue you have quite nicely. Love it!

I would NOT paint all that other stuff black. A little goes a long way, imo. Maybe a third complimentary color? Gray? If you do go ahead with the black, maybe do small additions first. That way, you dont have to repaint over all that black if you decide it is too much. Your house looks lovely, btw.

Thank you LaFawne! At first I hated the robins egg blue for many years until I added the black accents. And when the time comes to paint, we're keeping it robins egg blue. I'm also putting a black square bench around the big maple tree. I can't wait, it's all coming together nicely. Melody's "ALL" kinds of "HAPPY"! LOL!

Thank you Shoshana! Read the above comment of mine that I wrote to LaFawne. And I mean......."HAPPY"!

Do not paint the soffit & fascia black. I'd keep it a soft white (not bright white) which will compliment the blue and black. Your house looks great!

Thank you BabyBoomer, I agree! I am by far not done with my landscaping/exterior but am happy with the way it's all coming together. I can't wait for Spring! I've got "lots" to do!

good luck! I agree it should stay some form of white/gray rather than black.
