Once the aluminum is cut to size, lay the pattern over top and emboss using the end of a paintbrush.

Embossing is easy! Lay the pattern over the metal and push the design in with knitting needle. Then lay the metal over a towel and carefully emboss using the end of a paintbrush.

It says lay the pattern over top but in the picture the pattern must be under the aluminum as shown? and where do you get the patterns?
