Choosing a Sconce

A selection of 8 under $80 black and gold sconces that can be used in a bathroom, bedroom, or any other room indoors. We used one in a powder room makeover.
There are so many options for light sconces, but I'm giving you 8 under $80 that are versatile and both modern and traditional styles. These are all wall sconces, though I believe #1 can also be mounted on a ceiling.
Some of these have a very subtle brass on them whereas others are quite gold, so you can definitely cater to your personal style without breaking the bank!
The black and gold sconce used in our powder room makeover is the first one. It adds a lovely contrast, but is still neutral and matches the room perfectly.

The gold on this one isn't yellow, it's very warm and was easy to mix with other metals in the room.
We wanted a pretty Edison bulb, but it's not practical in an already dimly lit washroom, so we opted for an LED bulb that doesn't look too modern (like those flat ones).
