"Carrot" White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Bringing dessert to Easter? I’ve got you covered! My daughter and I had a blast making these “Carrot” White Chocolate Covered Strawberries. They are so simple, cute and tasty!

I picked up a a package of Wilton’s Candy Melts at Joann Fabrics and a package of strawberries.
I would definitely recommend getting the Wilton brand.  They melt really easily and don’t get clumpy like a lot of the imitation brands.  Just follow the directions on the package and it should melt just right.

We tried to dip the strawberries as close to the green stem as possible, so that it would look a lot like a carrot.  We didn’t want any red showing. After dipping the strawberries, we let them dry on a piece of wax paper.

This was such a great activity to do with my daughter.   It’s so fun for the kids to be a part of the process!  It’s easy enough for kids to do on their own (which they love), so you can dip away with your own strawberries!
Once they are dry, you can arrange them on a cute plate and bring them to your party for you and your guests to enjoy.

Super super easy!    Happy Easter!!

Very cool! Actually they look like mini yellow peppers. Always nice to get the kids involved. Bet your daughter licked the bowl (and you had some too) =:) Is that your bunny or just a stock pic?
