Bathroom Makeover

3 Materials
My hall bath needed a makeover badly. It was looking a little tired...or maybe I was a little tired of looking at it ;~)

My budget was almost nil, per usual. But with some imagination, garage sale finds and paint, it's surprising what magic can happen.

Enough of the Miami Beach Peach and Teal.
Goodbye stenciling....

Hello Jade Sea and White!

What a little paint can do!
The wall basket started out a dingy pink from a Yard Sale (.50), painted white and filled with Starfish it looks right at home.

Moved in a port hole from another room in the house (rummage sale find, .75) and inserted a photo I took of a Jellyfish at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Changed the Switch Plate from Shells to "Bead Board".  A little decoupage goes along way.

Shells and Sea Glass from Florida and Alaska along with extra Soap Bars in my Grandmothers Mason Jars.

The Sandcastle from the Thrift Store (.50), the dome from a Garage Sale ($1), and the vintage aqua Fransicanware Saucer from an Estate Sale (.10) A look you love...priceless!

Some things moved on, some stayed and went white.....the Conchs from Key West...Keepers!

It has a few more tweaks but for the most part it's done!
Next comes the cabinet redo.
