Easter Bunny Wreath: Perfect Spring Door Decor

6 Materials
Some bunny is ready for spring! Using a little ribbon and a wreath form...our front door is ready to welcome our springtime guests! For just a few minutes of your time, you can create this easy front door wreath.

For this project I used a foam wreath form, green and white gingham ribbon, wired wide burlap ribbon, floral pins and large white fluffy pom-poms. If you had a pool noodle...you could of course, make your very own wreath form, securing it with a little duct tape.

Using a floral pin, secure the ribbon to the back of the wreath form.

Wrap the entire wreath form in the ribbon, overlapping the edges slightly as you go so that the wreath form does not show through. I added a few floral pins every so often to keep the ribbon in place and looking neat.

Cut two matching lengths of wired burlap ribbon. Attach each "ear" onto the wreath form using the floral pins. Gather the burlap ribbon at the bottom to create a gathered look.

Secure with a floral pin.

I like to work with odd numbers for visual interest... So, for this wreath I made 5 sets of "ears".

Add a large white pom-pom to each set of ears. You can use a floral pin or a dab of hot glue to attach the cotton-tail.

I added a whimsical orange and white polka dot ribbon...

Looks like we are ready for our guests to hop on over!! For more easy Easter decor ideas, you are invited to hop over to my blog, Blue Ribbon Kitchen...the link is below. Thanks as always for reading!!

This is such a cute idea, but where are the eyes and little pink nose? A small, pink pompon and pairs of googly eyes would also be adorable. I've got to make this wreath. Thanks.
