If you have lots - then put them together into long chains, attach the end to a painted strip of wood, attach above doorway for a metal curtain/door.
Oops I meant attach ends of each chain to wooden strip
Hang over coat hangers to add hanging room in closet. Make a bracelet / necklace by threading ribbon through. Look this up under Projects.

I once saw a pretty door curtain made of pull tabs with ribbon threaded through them. Don't know how they did it, but seems easy enough to figure out.
