So... I've only tried a marshmallow Peeps once in my life. And that one time was during the making of this super easy, 10 minute Easter centerpiece craft. The sweet treat wasn't as great as this Easter egg project!
Wrap a pipe cleaner around the top part of a wooden BBQ skewer. You may need to use two pipe cleaners if the vase you are using is shallow.
Fold a piece of green cardstock in half and cut out a simple leaf shape. You will need at least two sets of leaves per Peeps skewer. Create a hole in the center with a hole punch. Skewer on top of the pipe cleaner.
Insert half of a plastic Easter egg through the skewer. (Best to use the kind that already has a hole on each end.) Insert the Peeps through the skewer as well so it sits in the egg.
Insert the skewered Easter Peeps in a flowery vase for an easy and unique Easter centerpiece. For another Easter DIY project, check out how to make Peter Cottontail-inspired knee high socks. Perfect for girls!
