Organizer for Screws From Jars and Metal Cans

Few months ago I built an organizer for screws. To this day, I am very happy with this organizer. This is a very simple construction, but very useful and cheap to do.
Here you can see more
Drill a hole in the cans
Cutting, drilling and screwing.
At first I cut down all the wooden elements.
Then I drilled a hole under the screws.
Next I assembled all the pieces together.
Mounting the lid from the jars.
Two screws are the minimum for one lid. This makes the jar stable and easy to open.
Making can holders.
Fitting felt pads. To protect against scratches I mounted four felt pads.
Organizer is finished.

Love it, great job. I would also take the labels off the cans and write in permanent marker the size of screws and nails on the can, that way when my husband sends me or kids for a certain size I would know where to find it, or glue a ruler on the side would be helpful in deciding what you need for a project if you don't have your work close at hand and have to walk back and forth if you get the wrong item. We need one of these, ours is in one big rubber container takes forever to find things. Sometimes I just bring the whole container so my hubby can pick what he needs LOL....it's very heavy :(
