I want to find some large cross stencils (I am not very artistic). I want to do something like this to my wall

look in phone book under 'lasers' or 'laser engraving' Bring your designs so they can be scanned or ask what format they can be in. I have made hundreds of thousands of paper pieces for the quilting industry. Those designs are simple. the beauty of the software is that any one design can be scaled from say 4"x4" up to (on my laser) to just under 23"x35" using heavy 67 pound paper. If you are not in a giant rush, I could help. However, again, if you are NOT in a giant rush....

I really like this room. How about if you project this picture on your wall, and then trace it. (I saw where you can use a shoebox with a hole, magnifying glass & your phone or camera)
Or use your printer, only use 1/4 of the clipart per page & tape together

I use photo paper in my regular printer and then cut them out with exacto knife. It is thicker paper and then you can trace or use it as the painting stencil with temp spray adhesive that way you can re-size the same cross.
And don't forget painters tape, out line plain cross and paint inside the lines

Photo copy your pattern like Nblunt posted, on paper. Then get plastic page dividers for looseleafs,from the office section at Walmart or other department store. The pages are regular paper size and made of plastic. Put the pattern on a pile of newspaper or on a sewing cutting mate. tape the plastic over it, Use an exacto knife to cut out the pattern. Ta-tah! made your own stensile. Have fun.
To add to Mary Glendon's great comment. To make a one time stencil that is larger than 8.5 by 11 inches, print out the design on larger paper. But a large sheet of freezer paper. Find large sunny window. Tape up printed design, then cover with freezer paper. Using a Sharper copy the design. When complete. Remove from window. Be nice and remove all tape and wash window😇 using an exacto knife cut out design. Be mindful that you have adjust the design to keep the interior block out areas from falling out. Don't panic. Tape to the rescue.
