Create an Easy DIY Easter Decor - Burlap/Hessian Bunny Sign

6 Materials
I love creating seasonal decor and especially Easter decor. I was bored one day in the house and decided to quickly make a little hanging sign for Easter (if you read the blog post, the weather was not very good so I was 'stuck' inside with nothing to do) . It is super easy and everything I used I already at home, plus making pom poms is always so much fun!!
First step was already done for me. I found a plaque (it was an old Christmas sign), that I had painted in anticipation for a project, you can use any plaque or piece of scrap wood and adjust the bunny size. I cut out a bunny shape from natural hessian fabric and glued it on using mod podge
I created a small pom pom that I used as a tail. I have purchase a pom pom machine (cause I am obsessed with pom poms), but you can use a piece of cardboard to make your pom poms, it is super easy!
I decided to add some lace ribbon around the edges, this was attached using mod podge. I let it all dry. Once dry I attached a handmade bow using a hot glue gun.
Add a little piece of string and voila!
Super easy bunny sign!
