I have been seeing this pot Lighthouse craft floating around Facebook for a while. My mom's birthday was coming up and she has been asking for one for a while so I figured I'd give it a try.
First I went to Walmart and got three pots. And then I purchased a solar light as well.
I picked these because they were thin enough to go through the hole.
The paints were $0.50 each over in the craft paint section in Walmart
I glued all of them together with crazy glue.
I Then painted the rest and very carefully tried to paint the windows on I don't have the most Steady Hand but they came out cute!!

Has the crazy glue held?? We have very hot weather mostly all year long.. And lots of rain...would some kind of weather epoxy be a better option for me?

I made the first one 3 years ago it was for my mother in law for her birthday. She asked me this past summer to fix it for her and brought it back a whole knew idea. I now make many different light and a working windmill for my father.
