Pallet Garden Box

I've always wanted to grow vegetables and this year I decided to go for it! Since the back of my house is only concrete, I needed to make some sort of container to garden in. This was my first "big" DIY project!

I started off with 2 pallets and made the cuts as shown in the image below!

I was nervous at first because the only saw I had access to was a hand saw, but the pallets cut pretty easily with it.

These are the pieces I ended up with.

I drilled the pieces together with my drill and some long screws.

I put in some screening material so the soil would not fall through but it would still drain well. I staple gunned it to the edges. I can't wait to start gardening!!
