How can I give privacy to my Guest Bathroom?

My guest bathroom is directly at the end of the hall. At the other end is my great room & kitchen. The hallway is too narrow to install a door frame & door. Suggestions??

If one was not available I'd make one to fit.
If there is no door put up a tension rod and hang a drape.
We had the same problem years ago and my mom used a folding 3 piece screen that she painted to match the wall colour in the dining room. It covered just enough of the hall so that people in the dining room couldn't see the bathroom door. Worked for us. They are very easy to make and it was free standing.
We have a similar problem and we hang a tension rod and a grommet panel drape.
Can you install a pocket door or just a slider
