Quick and Easy Easter Wreath

Heres a quick and easy Easter wreath to brighten up your door. All items are readily available at your local dollar store.

I started by purchasing my supplies from the local Dollar Tree store. I bought a styrofoam wreath ring, a pair of child's bunny ears on a headband and 3 flower leis. I already had the Hop bunny sign from a previous project. I also had the E6000 glue, the zap straps and the fishing wire.

I glued and zap strapped the ears to the top of the wreath.

I then took the hop sign and hung it from the bottom of the wreath with fishing wire.

I then took the three leis and started to wrap them around the wreath form, trying to keep it even, if I did it again I would buy one extra lei as it was a little skimpy with only 3 but I wasn't about to quit this project to run to the dollar store. Every so often I stapled the connectors that keep the lei together with a staple gun. (The leis are held together with what looks like plastic straws.)

Sorry the photos of it hung outside are so poor. It seems that the reflection off the glass just doesn't let it show up well.
