Dissolve 1-2 Tablespoons of Borax in 2 cups of water. and then add to the rinse cycle of your washer. You can also put it in the ‘oxi’ dispenser if your machine has that feature. If you have a way to do it, drying in the sun is your best bet! Borax naturally softens hard water, so you could use it to prevent yellowing in the future. Good luck!
I have always had fantastic results removing yellowing of anything by using the Rit Dye Color remover. It is used mainly to rid a cloth of any dyes before dying another color so it is a perfect go to product and it works wonders with yellowing.
You did not mention why your blouse is yellow but if it is due to minerals in your water, a product called IRON OUT is wonderful. If you let the blouse soak for 1/2 an hour or so, then rinse thoroughly, then launder normally. Read directions for the product carefully and follow. I used this product to restore whiteness to some church cotton linens that had turned yellow/brown due to minerals in someones water. It made them not just white, but stunningly white. Best of luck getting your blouse back to white.
I use Hydrogin peroxide and BLUE dawn dish soap. It has to be the BLUE dawn. Use ratio of 2 peroxide to 1 dawn. I make a big bottle up of it and store it under the sink. then just put some in a plastic tub and put the blouse or whatever you have in it. Just let it sit and every so often stir it up. Let soak till it's white even if it takes overnight! This works for ALL stains, blood, ink, tomatoe sauces etc. I have not found anything it does not remove if your patient!!!
i have always had some kind of cotton material, so bleach always worked. If none of these work, I remember my grandma use to use fresh lemon juice and placed her garments, dollies and such in the sun and they turned white. You would have to search it out but she also had salt in the application but I bet it wasn't iodized. let us know the kind of material and success.

Also, a bleach cycle ( with just whites) should do the trick. best of luck!

Put an aspirin in the water, make sure it dissolves. Use on white clothes only! It will make tiny white spots on colors.
Like my grandma always said--throw it in bleach in a wash cycle--you've got nothing to lose! I've done it several times and it worked.
