What is the best cleaner for a White, vinyl floor with indentions?

Take in mind it is 30 yrs. old. We are tryin' to get around to replace the floor and it is in the kitchen, but we have the outdoors we have been workin' on. I have tried MEAN green and it seems to work the best.

I hate magic erasers! Daughter used them to clean spots around the house. One of the spots was the handrail on the staircase. The first time I used the stairs, white chalky powder cameoff on my hand. Yuck!!
