Try oxi-clean
Most any hair shampoo works well.
I'm using oxi-clean. My husband sweats profusely due to a medical condition so his shirts were heavily stained before I discovered Oxi-Clean. Now I started using it before every wash and after three washes the stain is barely discernable. I used the spray liquid. I just bought the gel stick to see if it's less messy but just as efficient.
Rub some Dawn Dishwashing liquid into the stain before laundering. Works for all sorts of stains.
