How do I clean my houses flashing?

I have been doing spring cleaning but have run into an issue. I need some type of a cleaner for the roof flashing around my house. Any ideas?

You can use a pressure washer
I use bleach in an old Windex bottle that you hook up to a hose, then I use a long-handled brush to scrub tough spots.
The cheapest and most effective cleaner I have found for outside use is the Awesome that you can get in Dollar Tree or Walmart. Spray it on and let it sit for a few minutes. Rinse dirt away.
