some ideas-i havent used any of these on shades but have been successful on fabric---i have used fabric paint-i have used spray paint-i have used wallpaper-all served the intended purpose & were all simple
i wallpapered over a roller blind. only the part that showed and a little to roll over. so really only any good if you dont plan to close the blind - which i never do so works for me
I have spray painted my shades. Some I've done in a solid color, others I've taped them for a geometric design. Be sure to tape off any areas you done want painted tho.

Honestly I think it would be in your best interest to replace them.Trying to figure out the process of changing the color
