Remove the wood rocker. Move the swing to the other side. Center the bistro table on the window and put an area rug there. Paint the window trim white to match the door trim. Add brightly colored shutters to the window. Hang some ferns baskets of flowers instead of wind chimes. Add potted plants and some led candle lanterns for soft lighting at night.

Agree with Nancy. Remove the rocker and move the swing. You need some pots with colorful flowers on your porch and maybe hang a couple of ferns from the front of the overhang. Right in front of the patio where it meets the grass, I'd dig that out (2-3 feet) and put a flower/shrub bed there so you have color in front of your patio versus grass at the edge. Be sure to mulch it with dark brown mulch and your patio/porch will look great!

You have too much going on here in a small area - nothing goes together either. The rocker is not an outdoor rocker - I would put that inside and move the swing to the yard. Spray paint the table and chairs another color - black, white, even the same blue as the swing and then center them under the window. Add some plants in wire baskets in the same color that you paint the table & chairs. Plants will warm up the space and flowers will add color. Buy and outdoor rocker if you want one on the porch. Enjoy!

Put down a outdoor colorful carpet and place the table set in the middle.Move the other furniture away from the area. Hang a wind chime .Add colorful statues like a gazing ball etc. Pot up some colorful flowers.

Everything that was said above plus hang some flower boxes with hanging vines and flowers, hang them on the upper deck, even with the floor so you enjoy them in both areas and they are easy to water.
