I have an outdoor deck that is made of IPE wood.. Please see attached pictures. I was told to use a General Finishes Outdoor Oil Clear (QTOC Bar code 060161032). Is that the right product? From your web site it appears I should be using the 450 product? Please advise. Thank you.

Installed in 2009. Tried a stain that didn't work. Have not applied anything since that time.
