I have a 8x8 trellis an would like to grow some flowing vine. Maybe morning glories? How do I star. This trellis is on my deck. I live on Long Island in NY
morning glory can re seed it self. you may have it in places you don't want it. clematis is better behaved.
Autumn clematis smells beautiful and provides a lot of privacy.
I love autumn clematis but it can turn into the plant that ate Cleveland if you don't stay on top of it. other less invasive types of clematis might be better. Sweet pea is a good flowering annual vine as is hyacinth bean.
