Trouble growing redbud trees

we live in western PA and have planted numerous Redbud starts, that grew but have not bloomed yet, they have been planted for about 6 years

    this taken from Hunker.com quote " For maximum flowering, the trees require at least four hours of direct sunlight during the spring, and they thrive in moist -- but not sodden -- soil. Don't look for blooms before about four years, because the redbud takes time to mature. Lack of sunlight and insufficient water can affect the growth of blooms. "

    I have 3 redbud trees and they are just now blooming they are about 8 years old. Don't give up on them, give them time, it's worth it.
