What can you do to make vegetable garden grow in 90-100 degree in FL?

There is no shade and the only thing I thought is to get a tent or canopy for the area where I want to plant.

  Summer vegetables. This is south Florida so today the heat was near 90 degrees and it is only April 29. The heat reaches 100 and over plus humidity in the summer and the fall.
