I used baby stroller when I busy with home activities. What do you do ?
Depends on the age of the baby. If around age new born to 5 months I put mine in a baby swing. If older I placed them in a play pen in the room I was working. They liked to be where I was and I could watch them also.
I always waited for nap time which was soon after lunch, to get my chores done.
All good ideas. When my son was a baby and I had a home-based business, I would hire a high-school student to come in for a couple of hours to play with him She would come and get me if he needed to be nursed. I also used his nap-time to do work, so in all I had about 4 hours of time to use.
Twins, we had to contain,, depend on age , swing, then jumper'os, then, play pen, baby needs to learn to entertain themselves. A demanding baby makes a demanding kid, and that makes a demanding adult
When my son was a baby, he loved the johnny jump-up things that clip onto the top of the door frame. That way he got exercise while I did housework, and I could move it to wherever I was working.
For short periods of time...you can put her in a secure playpen... in the room you are working in...with some toys that are safe for her and talk with her about what you are doing... as you finish the task at hand. Even putting on music, singing and dancing l... As you are doing work around the house...can make it an actual fun event for her,as well.
