I think all perennials are easy - plant and enjoy them coming up every year. What are you looking for in particular? What zone are you in?

Depending on zone-daylilies offer infinite variety and dependably come back every year-and require little care.

That will depend on your planting zone. All perennials unless you choose sedums require maintenance through the growing season.

I love my lavender and perennials. They come back year after year with little or no work. I do plant color spots with annuals, like petunias and geraniums. Check at your local store for ideas in your area. You should have some great choices if your in PA. The clerks know your area and what will be best. Stores usually only carry plants good for the area, but ask questions.
