Pool Noodles- sure they are great fun in the water. But, they also make a great DIY supply item. Check out all these ways to use pool noodles and not one of them requires water!
Let's start with some fun and games! Pool noodles make great supplies for classic yard games for kids. They are inexpensive and safe too. Check out how fun this ring toss turned out.
I poked pencils down into the ground. These held the blue noodle in a vertical position. Then take another noodle and tape it together into a circle for the ring. Voila! Ring Toss!
My all time fave wreath form is a pool noodle! Not only is it inexpensive (I pick mine up at the Dollar Tree). But you can make them any size but cutting them down or adding several together. It really is just as easy as taping the ends together to form a circle!
Also love how easy they are to "create" with. All the flowers and fabric on this patriotic wreath were attached with straight pins (because as I have mentioned before- I really avoid glue guns at all costs!). And did you see the flower on the bottom right...
As I was cutting some noodles for a Garland project (see it in the link at the end of this post) , I realized some have a cute flower shape to them. Perfect for using in crafting project all on their own. And check out that tip, the easiest way to cut those noodles is with a serrated bread knife.
Score some more outdoor fun activities with these noodles by heading over to this post on Mission to Save. Some of these would be great for VBS game time or block party fun.

Tell me your thoughts? What will you make with a pool noodle?
