Can tulips stay n the ground and come back every year in Colorado?

    If your plant hardiness zone is between 3 to 8 than yes.

    it actually depends on the kind of tulip. Most will need to be replanted every year. The Darwin type usually does come back and is a hardier variety--look for those in the name.
