Make a paste with baking soda and white vinegar.
Before I got my new oven, I ALWAYS used Heavy duty, Easy OFF. I have never used anything that WILL absolutely clean, racks and inside of oven. Take racks outside on porch......lay paper down and spray. Do inside of oven, let everything SET overnight and tomorrow wipe clean. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

I put a piece of foil in the bottom of mine to catch all the drips and boil overs
