Sure no problem except Location and lighting needs to be given before any one can help you.

Need to determine the sun/shade ratio. How many hours does the area get full sun vs the number of hours it is in the shade then choose plants that work in your zone. Also you will need to estimate the square footage of the area to know how many plants it will need & how far apart to plant to allow them to grow properl. Your local plant nursery or home improvement store can help with that. Ask them what will attract the hummingbirds & butterflies for your area.

i have purple coneflowers around my mailbox and the finches and humming birds love them. I like to leave them up after they've died during fall because the birds love to eat the seeds off the stems.

You might want to check out "Birds" magazine. They cover such topics as bird and butterfly habitats, suggested flower, shrub and tree plantings for your specific areas, etc. Beautiful as well as educational. This publication has helped me turn my property into a bird habitat which also provides a home for butterflies, bees, etc.

Green houses carry plants exactly for hummers and butterflies your best bet is to go and ask the experts. I have both kinds and love the time I spend watching them. I can't remember what they call these plants I just call the butterfly and hummingbird plants. HAPPY PLANTING!!
