I have a ton of holes in my yard that chipmunks live in, they are tearing up my garden and yard. I've tried to fill them and put water in them nothing works, I don't want to put any chemicals in the holes.

Try sprinkling mothballs around to keep them away, best of luck!

How do you feel about a Havahart trap? There are "more permanent" ways of taking down the varmint population. LOL

Go to ace hardware, and they have some tape, with a gunk you put on this tape, and this will keep them away. The mothballs, are great too, or put some mothballs under the tape, for this smell really travels, and they don't like it. Best wishes, J.

My suggestion: Sprinkle powdered 'Coyote Urine' around the edges of your property, leaving an 'exit' for them to leave. Once they have left, sprinkle the solution there as well; then fill in the damaged areas. Sprinkle the powder according to the directions on the container...you can get the powder at you hardware store in the gardening section.

We have coyote's too, that won't attract more of them will it?
