You need to re-pot them in fresh soil and spray the leaves over and under with horticultural oil.
Depends on the bug and plant, you need more information.
Dawn dishsoap mixed with water in a spray bottle.
Try to use diluted dish soap. Use 1/3 of dish soap to 2/3 of water. Pour into a spray bottle and spray the plants real thoroughly. You might have to do it several times to see a result. Good Luck.
You can also make a solution of hot pepper in water. Boil water, pour over red pepper flakes. Let steep. Filter out the pepper flakes, pour the liquid into a spray bottle and spray those bugs. The solution will burn their butts. Or you could just mix hydrogen peroxide into an equal amount of water and spray the plants with that. The solution breaks down into water and oxygen so if it gets on the soil or the plant it just adds two things the plant needs.
