How do you cure/cook/preserve Olives?
We have an Olive tree and would like to know the process for making them edible or do you just put them in olive oil with garlic chilli etc

Cut the olives in half. Cut and eggplant in small pieces. Fry in olive oil until loose. Put them in a bowl. Add a small amount of black pepper. Add olive oil. chili if you like it but not necessary. Let it foment over night. Put it in a sandwich and enjoy. Your Living.
