I use ALL laundry detergent, I feel guilty throwing away the containers. Any ideas for repurposing them?

I use them to store craft supplies. I decorate the containers, and label them to try to keep my overflowing craft supplies organised!

Hey, CJ! I have felt guilty about things like this also! You can make your own homemade laundry detergent and refill the same container over and over again. 😊

I use them as watering cans, tool containers, baskets (cut them down and put rope handles on them.)

I have used the bottles to make sewing cards for our kids. Cut out any pattern--gingerbread men, whales, ducks etc. then drill 1/4 inch holes around the edges. Use extra long shoe laces (or ice skate laces) as the thread. Made for some quiet car trips!

I use liquid laundry detergent bottles as sharps containers for needles and lancets.

I use mine to store clean Rags under the sink. I also use one, in the bathroom to store feminine products, under the sink. Lastly, I utilize a larger one (but do not put the top on it so mold wont grow))and put it in a place outside, that is inconspicuous. I put old used rags/cloths that have been used for cleaning or wiping up stuff, until they can get to the laundromat. That way they are not placed in same bin/laundry basket as our clothing and are not in the house causing a bad odor.
