A photo would help. Is your house on a hill or level ground? Where is the water coming from? Need more information.
Not exactly sure what the details are, but for erosion you may need to plant deep-rooted plants and bushes around the property. Or maybe the property needs to be leveled off. I hope its not something that structuraklly affects the house itself. I wish you luck.
This was happening in some beds around our house that are raised beds. Hostas have a very strong root system, so I planted hostas in the areas where it is sinking .
Depending on where the water is coming from, you can direct it with trenches or buried drain tiles to carry the water away without washing off topsoil. If it's not rainwater & you don't know where the water's coming from, you'll want to get to the source- could be a broken waterline or a natural spring that would need professional to correct.
