This was my first go at a ring holder and there are definitely things I would change next time around. Let me know what you'd do differently! Let's inspire our DIY community.
Gather materials: Recycle a piece of wood, wooden dowel, sand paper, measuring tape, a pencil, drill with proper size drill bit, hand saw or power saw, stain or paint if you want!
Stain or paint your wood (I would actually leave it natural next time) and then mark where you want your dowel pieces to go. This is where you'll drill your holes.
Drill your holes where you made your marks.
Your dowel should fit right in there.
Go over this with sand paper to smooth the edges of the holes.
I then cut my wooden dowel into 2 inch pieces and sanded down their edges.
Add a dab of wood glue and shimmy them into the holes.
Hammer them down to ensure they are in there! Paint, stain or leave as is! Totally up to you!? How would you make your ring holder?
There are three more jewelry organizer ideas for you in this full tutorial from my YouTube channel that I post new DIY's on every Wednesday.
