Something destroyed all my day lilies. Moles? Rabbits? Any ideas?

If it's rabbits, try sprinkling blood meal around your day lilies. The smell of blood scares them away. Good luck!

For rabbits apply citrus peels,moles,spray castor oil,Slugs,food grade diatomaceous earth.

We have a chipmunk infestation in our yard that goes after a lot of my bulbs. I've found that putting gravel around the bulbs when I plant them is a deterrent for the critters. They can't get to the bulbs and eat them.

Deer in our area will also eat all of the greenery. Irish Spring soap is a deterrent for deer

Sounds like deer to me. Hard to prevent if you don't have a fence-but there are numerous commercial and homemade products out there you can spray with.
