My Easter lily just finished blooming. How soon can I transplant it?

    If your area is out of the danger of frost you can plant it now.Leave the foliage on as the bulbs feed off of that.

    Once the danger of frost is gone you can plant the Easter Lily and it should re-bloom again this summer. I just plant the whole thing and it works well for me.

    Agree, after danger of frost has passed, plant the lily. I have many plants from past Easters, and they are still blooming every summer. I do the same thing with post-Christmas amaryllis and those are blooming right now (May) and will bloom in June too.
