I have a problem with spider mites!!

I cannot put any real flowers on my front porch. They get covered with tiny webs and little white bugs(?) on the stems. I have tried wiping them off with vinegar water, and other things to no avail. Any ideas what I can do? Thank you

What have you planted previously?
Try Neem Oil. You can buy it at any plant shop or nursery.
Maybe try dawn/water in a spray bottle. Spray the flowers lightly. It works on web worms on trees.

I would try any easier maintenance house plant . If you are getting webs that is spider mite. Plants need to regularly checked for insects. Keep a spray bottle filled with horticultral soap to contain the insect infestation.
