My strawberry plants have strawberries that get mushy as they ripen. What's up with that? What do I fertilize these with?

I think your plants are getting too much water.
It is either to much water or a lack of potassium. Try feeding them with a low nitrogen but higher potassium fertilizer for fruit.

Also WHEN you water the plants...try NOT TO get the berries wet.
