Crocheted Heart Potholders

Can anyone PLEASE help me find the pattern for a Crocheted Potholder with a Heart crocheted in the middle. Because I lost mine. The Potholder is two solid colors but the front has a heart crocheted in the middle & the back part is in a contrasting color that is slip stitched together than in one corner you make a chain long enough to make a hanger then slip stitch it into the same corner. I tried to Google it then I tried Pinterest but no luck in finding.
