You can rub some dish soap on the stain, let it sit for 10 minutes, and throw it in the wash.

Try putting blue dawn on the stain and allow to sit on, or try oxiclean and allow to sit on

Corn starch gets grease out. On the dry shirt apply some corn starch. scrub it a little bit into the shirt with a little brush. let it sit for a few min and shake it out. leave it dry but try to get the starch out. maybe you have to do it more than one time. It works really great

Let it soak in a bowl with some Oxiclean, rinse out & apply liquid spray remover to the area & let sit again for a couple minutes and then wash as normal.

ldepending on the kind of grease - and the material of the shirt - white lithium grease, axel grease, motor oil, vegetable oil (cooking oil) mineral oil, etc and 100% cotton vs a synthetic fiber --- but on the heavy greases --and 100% cotton material - oil removes oil --- try Vaseline or Crisco; If a Synthetic, a 'degreaser' -- Rustoleum Krud-Cutter Degreaser -- check for color fastness -
