Put a frame around it made of trim or glue tiles to it to form a border.
You could also apply some frosting spray using a stencil of your choice around the mirror or in each corner etc
If this is above a double bathroom sink, you could put a tall narrow cabinet in the center, with molding mounted around the edges, so it looks as if it is framed:

are you trying to cover the mirror? you could use wallpaper or decoupage fabric over the top for a change. Then you could get a door knob and glue it on
