There's been ideas here on using empty K-cup s for string lights

I love this idea bcause we go hrough so many K-cups. But does anyone have an idea on how to easily get the light filmy stuff out from the K-cup that hold the coffee in it?

Using a paring knife poke a whole in the middle of the lid and cut to the edge. Using the knife or your fingers gently peel off the foil and plastic liner working around the circle. A quick clean up of the rim with the knife should finish the job. Save the coffee grounds for your compost and the cup for your craft project! Good luck, hope this helps.
