I use E6000 for most of my projects. It is strong, can be used on hard surfaces, clothing, rubber, jewelry, and can be gently washed. It dries quickly and sets up well. It cures in 24 hours. For outdoor use, however, I would recommend gorilla glue.

    Hope this answers your question.
