You can fill them partially with sand and put a candle inside. Simple and elegant.

Do the hurricanes have bottoms? If not, you could try flowers in them. Or perhaps just a simple candle would look simple yet elegant

l would get E6000 glue and some flat glass pebbles ( the colors that the bride chose for her wedding) and make a pretty pattern out of pebbles and glue them down . You can also buy an glass etching kit. Then etch the bride and groom name and the date on the hurricane glasses and let the guests take them home as mementos for the wedding.

It all depends on whether they have a bottom or not. One of the prettiest things I e seen in a long time was a very simple table decor. White lights were wound up inside the hurricane

There is so many things you can do with a hurricane glass. The most obvious is to add a candle with some kind of material at the base. You can place the hurricane in flowers or greenery with a candle inside. It really depends on the theme of the wedding. Here is a picture a Fall centerpiece I saw on Pinterest. You could change it up to match your theme. I would place the hurricane on a inexpensive charger that you can get at the dollar store.
